This is an ex-race car campaigned in 2007 by Reg and Frank Dodd, the owners of backdraft. To prepare for street use, basically everything was brand new: Seats, windshield, roll bars, wheels, tires, brakes, suspension, engine……basically a brand new car except for the body and chassis. It retained some race equipment such as the oil cooler, remote oil filter, ceramic coated headers, 4 core aluminum radiator. I tracked it in 2 DE events and it is a beast! amazing handling with the BMW 3 series IRS rear suspension, struts and brakes. Originally had a Rousch 427 with 700+ horsepower race engine that did not come with the car.
